PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our meetings are being held via ZOOM until further notice. If you would like to attend or have any questions or comments, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Tigard Knitting Guild invites and welcomes all knitting enthusiasts regardless of skin color, nationality, religion, gender identity, age, or disability and we are united with those who are dedicated to the idea of an inclusive, diverse, and vibrant knitting community free from racism, inequality, and injustice.
Our Guild is dedicated to creating a community for all knitters to learn, enjoy, and flourish in and is comprised of a diverse group of age ranges, skill levels, and backgrounds. We strive to welcome all and share our knowledge (while also probably enabling a bit of impulse shopping).
Tigard Knitting Guild is funded through member dues. Our board is made up of volunteers who are sworn in each year. Our board meetings are on the Tuesday after the meeting and are open to members who wish to attend to get a better look at how the guild functions from the other side.
If you’d like to learn more or interact with us, you’re welcome to stop by a meeting or drop by our Ravelry group.
